Tuition
Online courses are charged at the same tuition rate as campus courses.
Audit Rate
Course auditors receive no credit, grade, and are charged 50% of tuition.
Payment Information
Tuition payment is expected at the start of the course. Students should not wait for invoicing. Several different payment methods are available.

Media Fees for Domestic U.S. Students
Students enrolled in System Dynamics can access recorded videos by two methods, either online or by ordering CDs. If you require media, you MUST email online@wpi.edu to request it. All students must be able to access their online course through a continuous high speed Internet connection to meet the weekly syllabus requirements of their courses. If you choose to order media, it is for your personal convenience.
Method 1 - No Cost - Access material through an archived video stream via continuous high speed internent which is not an intermittent connection.
Method 2 - $150 per course - Shipment of media for System Dynamics students who cannot adequately view the video stream in Method 1 above. This amount is in addition to the applicable tuition rate.
Borrowing for Distance Courses
Federal Stafford Loans require that part time students are enrolled in two coures per semester. However, there are several loans available through private lenders from which a student can borrow. Learn more about these loan programs.
