Online or On Campus. Your Choice.
The MBA may be completed entirely on campus, through a blended learning approach that combines asynchronous Web-based learning with on-campus classes, or through a flexible combination of both. Online courses at WPI offer the same high-caliber content and faculty as on campus courses.

Specializations allow you to focus on the most technically challenging areas of business today:

Your MBA program consists of three distinct areas:
- Required Courses. Ten integrative courses ensure a solid foundation in the major functional business areas. (Six of the required courses ay be waived based upon prior coursework.)
- Required Projects. Experiential learning is key to understanding new material and concepts. Pre-Capstone and Capstone courses (two in total) are integrated into the MBA program.
- Elective Courses. Four elective courses allow you to pursue your chosen area of specialization. These courses may also be taken in other WPI graduate program areas such as engineering or the sciences.
Options for Additional Specialization - Broaden your horizons by taking your elective course work in other WPI departments such as Engineering and System Dynamics. A Graduate Certificate in a different area can be obtain with just a few additional courses.
